custom application running on tty6

Hello,

I created a server status script that i would like to run on tty6 but i can't figure out how to get it to run. it's just a bash scrtip that tells me who is logged in and how many httpd processes there are running.

please let me know how i can do this.

Read the inittab man page, it will tell you what you want to know.

Yup; basically you want to replace the getty on vt 6 with your monitoring script.
